All submitted video must be recorded horizontally / landscape — not vertically.

I understand that all Tribute Video footage should be recorded horizontally / landscape. I will ask contributors to hold shots as steadily as possible and avoid unnecessary digital zoom.

Natural audio may be recorded with the footage. AI World Memorials may clean and enhance usable spoken audio during post-production.

Current Footage Status

I understand that production begins after the Family Manager confirms all intended footage has been uploaded. I understand the Tribute Video editing period is approximately six weeks after the funeral and receipt of all intended family footage.

The completed Tribute Video will be professionally edited, compressed for online viewing, subtitled, and uploaded by AI World Memorials into a designated Tribute Video slot on the memorial site.
