One family project. This intake creates the private memorial project. If the family later adds the Special Tribute Video, the Tribute Video Intake attaches to this same project.

Standard production timing: Obituary / Memorial Program only — approximately 1 business day after all required intake and materials are received and approved. Mobile Memorial + Obituary / Memorial Program — approximately 3 business days after all required intake and materials are received and approved.

AI World Memorials creates the approved design and provides professional print-ready files. AI World Memorials does not print memorial programs.

Printing, paper selection, quantities, shipping, pickup and printer turnaround times are separate from AI World Memorials services.

7. Memorial Website URL Preferences

Enter up to three preferred website addresses for the family memorial, in order of preference.

Please provide three choices when possible. URL/domain availability is not guaranteed until AI World Memorials confirms and registers the selected address.

8. Permissions & Approval

Media comes next. After this intake is submitted, the Family Manager receives access to the private family media upload folder.
