PAYMENT BY SECURE INVOICE
No Payment Is Collected on This Form.
After your memorial selection and project scope are confirmed, AI World Memorials will send the family representative a secure Square invoice by email.
The invoice will show the agreed memorial service, approved enhancements and total project investment. Payment is made directly through the secure payment options provided with the Square invoice.
Production begins after the required intake materials and required payment have been received.
PRODUCTION TIME
To keep the process efficient, production begins only after the Memorial Intake, required materials, and family approvals are complete.
Obituary Only — 1 Business Day
Completed within 1 business day after all required obituary information, photographs, service details, and intake materials have been received and approved.
Mobile Memorial + Obituary — 3 Business Days
Completed within 3 business days after all required memorial information, photographs, videos, obituary information, service details, and intake materials have been received and approved.
Production time begins only after the complete intake has been approved and the required deposit has been received.

Nothing Is Published Without Approval.
After production, the designated family representative receives a private proof for review. Requested corrections within the agreed project scope are completed before final approval.
Once approved, the memorial is published and the final memorial URL can be connected to the family’s QR code.
ABOUT PRINTING
AI World Memorials Does Not Print Memorial Programs.
We create the approved memorial design and provide professional print-ready files. Families may use their funeral home or a professional memorial-program printer for physical copies.
Printing, paper selection, quantities, shipping and printer turnaround times are separate from AI World Memorials services.

Intake → Invoice → Creation → Family Approval → Publication
Once your intake is submitted, we review the information and confirm the project. Your Square invoice is then sent to the designated family representative. When the required materials and payment are received, memorial production can begin.
