HOW IT WORKS

One printed memorial. One QR code. One connected experience.

AI World Memorials keeps the printed obituary/program at the center of the service, then gives the family a simple mobile space for the memories that need more room.

THE FAMILY PROCESS

Six simple steps from story to service.

1. Choose a Collection

Choose the memorial design direction that best fits the person being remembered: Legacy, Heritage or Garden.

2. Share the Details

Send the obituary, service information, photographs, videos, music and family reflections through the intake page.

3. We Design

We create the premium print-ready obituary/program and organize the QR-connected mobile memorial.

4. You Review

The family reviews the printed design and mobile memorial, then requests any corrections before final approval.

5. Print the Memorial

AI World Memorials supplies the finished print-ready file. The family or funeral home chooses and pays the printer.

6. Share the Memories

Guests scan the QR code to experience the family-approved photos, films, music, stories and reflections.

THE PRINTED MEMORIAL COMES FIRST

We design it. You choose the printer.

AI World Memorials does not print or ship physical obituary programs. We provide a professionally prepared print-ready file so the family can use a local printer, the funeral home’s printer, or a rush-printing service.

Why this keeps things simple

The family keeps control of quantity, paper stock, pickup, delivery and printing cost. AI World Memorials stays focused on the design and connected memorial experience.

THE QR-CONNECTED EXPERIENCE

One code on the printed memorial opens the full story.

The QR code can be placed discreetly on the back of the obituary/program with a simple invitation to view photos, videos, tributes and reflections.

What the QR code can open

Memorial film • Photo galleries • Video reflections • Favorite music • Extended life story • Order of Service • Guest reflections

REFLECTIONS DURING THE SERVICE

A simple way to let everyone experience selected memories together.

The family can place a short Reflections section in the Order of Service. During that time, guests scan the memorial and quietly experience the family-selected media from their phones.

Before the Service

The family decides which photos, videos or reflections should be highlighted.

During Reflections

Guests scan the QR code and view the selected memorial experience from their seats.

After the Service

The mobile memorial remains available so family and friends can revisit the memories later.

It covers the family’s process from choosing Legacy, Heritage, or Garden, through intake and uploads, proof and approval, the 5×7 obituary and QR code, publication, reflections, and what happens afterward.
